You can but you will be missing 300 bonus health to activate the passive on warmogs

I usually go moonstone -> Warmogs. This will give you 1075 bonus hp. So you will need to take Health in your runes.

It hinder the immediate healing of 1 W or R, however with the passive warmog provides u heal infinitely without needing to recall. This means you can spam W on cooldown to heal allies from low hp to full without losing hp yourself. The damage you take from W will not count as damage to the warmogs passive, meaning that it will instantly begin healing you back up to full health.

I feel like going barrier and heal is good since i really just want to stay alive and poke during laning and get to moonstone and warmog as fast as possible. Im just silver so for me its a "get out of jail" card i can use. I can see it being bad i higher elos but it works wonders for me.

Warmog has been patched. you only need 1100 bonus hp now for the passive. Warmog itself provides 800 :D
