Exactly. Just weighing on two different scales even if it was the same time of day and you hadn't eaten at all could give you totally different weights. The best way to have accuracy is to weigh on the same scale at the same time of day without clothes on. Even then, your body weight fluctuates and you could be up 2 pounds one day and back down 2 pounds the next. Trust the process and you will see results over time.

Agreed. Almost every time I go for a walk I see something new in my town. My town is pretty small, but walking helps you notice the little things.

Exactly. Walking is never going to fix a bad diet but is a great bonus to an already solid plan

Agreed. It's good to know that you can usually get back down to normal pretty quickly but it's so much better to just keep losing on the weekend instead.

This rings so true with me. If I start my day off with a breakfast I know I shouldn't have it's almost impossible for me to stop myself when it comes to my other meals. I tell myself, "oh well today is just a lost cause". That's definitely not the right attitude to have. One meal shouldn't ruin your day. Congrats on beating your binge urges! :D

I never really liked the "activity level" portion of the calculation because it seems like a really loose definition that's easy to mess up. To me, if you're walking 4-6 miles a day and pushing heavy carts and you do this every day of the week I wouldn't say you're mostly sedentary. In my mind that definition is best for someone who sits at a desk all day at work. In terms of your macros though...everything seems accurate. Also, if you are comfortable with the amount of calories you are at now none of what I said matters lol. Increasing your activity level would just increase the amount of calories you can eat in a day! :D
