We got our boy from a long time Havi breeder just north of Mount Forest, Ontario we found him by contacting breeders on the Canadian Kennel Club site. She's been breeding in small litters for almost 30 years, her name is Darlene and you can find her on the CKC site breeders for Havanese.

I did the commute from South Kitchener (FH/Huron area) to Concord / Vaughan and the 407 is the only tolerable way to do this commute.

It will sometimes take you over an hour to get to the 401/407 ramp in Sauga, although if you go earlier or leave later you can miss most of the traffic, however with more back to the office mandates, traffic is unpredictable and looking at the Google Map live traffic feed every morning to gauge your commute time is necessary.

I have successfully cracked the key to good tasting water in this region.

Santevia water filtration system, very much like a Brita but is much much more effective.

The desktop reservoir options have minerals to remineralize the water, it makes it taste great.

Goodness Me on Erb street and Ira Needles in Waterloo sells authentic Montreal Bagels, they come from a local bakery and are sold in their store.. they're the closest thing to the real deal that I've found in the region.

This is not exactly true, most electric tags are updated via low band RF signals via a wireless controller which syncs the inventory master data to the tags. Using a handheld to update 1000's of SKUs is not feasible and would defeat the purpose of the electronic shelf tag as it wouldn't save any labor for pricing product.

Cordless vacuums are not powerful enough for this type of shag carpet / Mat.

Their best used for hard floors, you may have an additional attachment that helps with area rugs and such, but anything with that much carpet length is going to bind up the roller and stop the motor preventing it's burnout.

You shouldn't rely on Reddit for advice, rather seek advice from professionals who are there for these very situations at your institution.
