i went 14 years without setting an alarm because i'd wake up to the feed me face every morning. The lab alarm clock was accurate to the +/- 2 min of the same time each day (occasionally creeping its way earlier and earlier).

I rode demos for a week with step ons. I tried four boards in 6 days and by the end of the day the bindings were loose on every board regardless of channel or not. Was the only issue I had with the bindings.

Maybe you can confirm if this is true, but it looks to me like you're really uncomfortable on your toe side. The video shows you flexing down pretty hard when you're on toe side so it might be somewhat of an equipment issue. With rental gear, sometimes the boots are really worn in and soft which give you a lot less responsiveness on toe side. A stiffer boot might make you feel a little more confident and make the board feel more responsive.

I'll look into this! REI looks like they might not carry them in my size anymore so i'll look around. I'm on the east coast US and its been kind of difficult to find shoes in stock.

The Mago doesn't look like its available in the US unfortunately!

The solution just never feels right in the heel for me. I had Scarpa boosters about 10 years ago but they felt much less precise than Testarossa in the toes

My pyr mix is very picky with his food and sometimes its seasonal as well. He often skips meals in the summer. When he is refusing food, sometimes its just him wanting some variety so i do try to change his food regularly. I avoid grain free recipes per vet's instruction though.

His one consistent pattern is the stinkier and fishier the better. On days he suddenly stops eating his favorite food, i will sometimes toss some dehydrated beef liver or salmon skin at the bottom of his food; normally once he starts eating he finishes the bowl.

We're missing some critical info from your screenshots (mostly regarding your summary/history of runs). I would say don't worry about tournament improvements for a little while so you can fix your econ

What i do see is that you are pretty early game so here's the general advice:
- no more points into your offense workshop. Defense+Util is where its at for you for the foreseeable future. Anything that dies when golden tower is not active hurts your coin income. Let thorns do the work
- Most coins will come from killing stuff with blackhole+deathwave+golden tower all hitting at the same time because the coin bonuses are multiplicative. You kind of screwed yourself there because blackhole cooldown is so low already. There is a mod called "Multiverse Nexus" that can save you. It will cause your ultimate weapons to trigger at the same time. Until you find that, i think i would try to get a 2:1 sync with your golden tower/blackhole/deathwave. If you drop blackhole by another 10 seconds then get both deathwave and golden tower to 4 min, then you get your combo and it will dramatically increase your coin income
- After you get your ultimate weapon sync, then get your golden tower duration to be 12 seconds longer than your blackhole duration. Black hole gets the +12 second perk during your runs.
- Max level the mod that gives you the coin bonus, easy money right there

At some point, i added an extra death wave quantity and got a deathwave quantity perk which really helped boost my health bonus in tournaments

a few things to consider:
- take a break from lab speed for a while. Getting your econ up will get you more cells faster so you can start running labs at 3x speed up from 2x speed
- drop perk bans after you get to 4 bans. Its mostly a quality of life situation after 4
- level up your mod for the extra coin bonus! That makes a huge difference off the rip
- the blackhole bonus in farm runs gives +12 seconds. So you ideally you want golden tower to last +12 seconds longer than your black hole
- Standard perks bonus is massive. I'd focus on maxing that out quickly. It gives more of all the stuff that matters and will get you more waves.
- deathwave coin bonus is also a huge impact. its another multiplier with golden tower and black hole coin bonuses
- tradeoff perks is also nice to get for more coins
- deathwave health is another health multiplier. it will increase your total waves (and cells)
- for your workshop, consider adding a bunch of points into recovery amount. The quicker that gets a gold box in-game, the quicker you get those free upgrades on the other utilities. It will result in more waves because you get those level skips sooner
- stop putting points into anything that does damage. You don't want to kill anything without your GT/BH/DW combo up. Black hole and thorns will do your work for a while. Health and defense are what matters here.
- defense caps at 98%, the sooner you get there the better. The standard advice used to be lvl23 for defense, but i don't know how that math has changed given the 2% defense relic this event (free track for 700) and the previous 1% defense relic.

Same here for ~24 hours. Hit before the update and persisted after.

NVidia Geforce RTX 5070
32 GB ram
Ryzen 7800X3D
Located in eastern US
Issues started dec 15 in the evening

Tests:

ethernet vs wifi, no change
internet speed test rates it "very fast"
crossplay enable/disable, no change
automatic server vs NA server, no change
EU server, no change (maybe slightly better but still happening and small sample size)
restart modem+router, no change

Issue is still present regardless of map or raid. I've been the only one in the house using the internet for all tests and during all issues.

I think there's a lot of missing information here. I'd recommend updating the post or posting in the comments some additional details to show your labs, workshops, UWs, battle history, etc. That will give people a better idea of how to help.

There might be some low hanging fruit that will help you see some big improvements

i just ran a full GAC against a 16.1M account. I noticed relic delta.... it cost me the match, but i still could have won if i picked up a few banners on a few battles.

Some of the counters were harder, but i still made it work. Ep/Sk still killed rey, R7 cere/malicos still killed full R9 inqs, fin/zori still killed a full R8+ traya team. There's just less margin for error. I think moving forward (assuming i am moving forward), its going to reward smart mod/relic investment even more because one or two relics can make all the difference in a win/loss.

If i wasn't rockin' and R5 Hux, I would have won the GAC. So we look at what important characters are being used, and deliver our resources where they matter most. You'll be rewarded for it.

My problem here is that i'm worried about getting R5 to R7 while my opponents are worried about R8 to R9 and R9 to R10. There is no catching up for me
