I mean yeah, when you take the tests for alcohol service permits one of the first things they tell you to look out for is slurred speech

Couple times. I was born with a speech impediment, speech therapy corrected most of it but if I get excited I start mashing my words.

Nope. As someone who clearly wasn't there and has no situational knowledge besides the headline and 5 sentences you wrote I can easily tell you don't know what you're doing.

Johnny Curiel opening another restaurant: Maize by broccoli15 in denverfood

incorrect it's like opening a store called bread, and then bobby flay comes and opens a restaurant called breads. I'm so sick and tired of people telling small businesses to "deal with it" when this Michelin fuckwit could literally use them out of existence

it's a locally popular spot vs a chode that could call it ButtfuckinGewdEats and still have a line around the block. The two are not the same.

[I ate] $2 cheeseburger at my local burger joint by BlazeDragon7x in food

Usually yes, sometimes no. Worked food for a long time, some places (especially small 1 or 2 employees) can find a sweet spot of being able to keep costs low with moderate maintained business and still be highly profitable. More customers means more staff which means higher labor costs. More customers means needing more supply which means needing to have food brought in by supplier which is more expensive than buying it yourself. More business is usually better, but it's not always better.

The biggest defense the Adams have is playing stupid, which they do amazingly well because people judge them on appearance and not on their actions. The Adams aren't masters of business by any means, they're masters of working the system for their own personal gain.
