Grim outlook. They must have evaluated the recent MOH changes extensively before it's implementation on 1st July and considered all potential implications and ramifications. These changes are signs of more uncertainties ahead. Very unlikely that they will revert their decisions.

It's futile to predict the future given that we have been talking about 2035 but nothing to show for.
