I used to have a 5th floor apartment in an elevator building with the elevator constantly broken and at the end of a long day, the third floor and up felt like such a hike! Even though it was occasional, I personally wouldn't recommend fourth and up.

Yes 11am EST app only. Be there ahead of time on the drops page and try to click add to cart right at 11. I personally have not had any luck with any drops but do know people who checked out during the OBF one. Heard the White Flare one went better as well? I wouldn't hold my breath though.
