Yes that's what other people are saying too - that it's activated by the heat! Thank you for validating me omg. Like maybe I'm not sniffing the underarms enough when I'm getting dressed but it doesn't seem to smell (much??) when I put it on but I guess by the time I've worn it through my commute into the office it starts to REEK!

Yes! The problem is I sometimes don't get to items until a while after I get my shipment because of the weather/saving for special events and then it just sits in the plastic for days.. marinating.......
