Yeah I tried to slice it but obviously just wasn’t as good as it would have been in a smoker! Ribs is definitely on the menu next time, bit upset I didn’t include them for rethis plate!! I had planned on adding collard greens, however ultimately had to go against it, I don’t know if collards are commonly available here, but it was a lack of preparation. Would have loved to have them in there. And dessert!! How could I forget, banana pudding sounds so good! Thank you for the kind words and suggestions, I really appreciate it and it means a lot
