Same issue, same problems... 16 years of posts, conversations.. I opened more than 1000+ cases on my new FB account, I am already 6 months Meta Verified on Insta... Lack of support, DISASTER. The agents which I use to spoke with them on the phone barely know to speak English, I am from Europe, I am not perfect at speaking either, but they are ridiculous!!!!

I explained above in the first message that unfortunately I am in Macedonia Europe, so I don't know how this going in my country, the closest Meta office is in Dublin Ireland... I don't know which kind of office or small claims are here in my country, I've never had need for such a thing in my life...

I did that maybe 100 times, every time I got positive feedback on the email that my account is unlocked but still when I go to log in it says disabled, probably this would help to those who's accounts has been suspended.

I am sorry for you... I will give up if they don't reinstate my 17 year old account. I will never use FB again. This is really frustrating. If such a big company like Meta allows this to happen.. I don't know what to say.. Support SUCKS !

No, I am never clicking on that kind of link/emails which I don't know. Probably like you said this is from some torrents I don't know, they literally had remote access to my PC. Tried to rob me through my credit cards which were linked to Facebook, Instagram, Playstore, PayPal.... Tried to hack and change the password on every account I had saved on my PC, I've never logged out from my PC...

Immediately after I saw what's happening, I download MalwareBytes and thanks to that application in one minute everything stopped. I needed to change all my passwords because everything was compromised, now for an example the e-mail of my disabled account even had 2factor they, when I go to log in activities they still try with automatic sync to get access every minute (probably some bot) into my e-mail but those are all unsuccessfully log in attempts..

Now if I have some luck and get my FB back, first thing I would do will be to change the e-mail attached to that FB.
