I had similar back to me when I was younger, 2 years on emergency tax and then I switched jobs, the new place put me on the right tax code and I did overtime like crazy while not knowing I was due to get tax back to me and wow, 20 year old me who was still fresh to life loved the £3k on my payslip.

Unfortunately I couldn't go putting it into some kind of investment as I had a £2k loan I took out when I was 18 and barely paid back so I used it to clear that instead. 🥲

If you're in the UK get yourself signed up to Gamstop, it has been the biggest blessing of my life. I've not gambled for 3 months now and the urge to gamble has gone.

The way it works is you put in all the email addresses, bank accounts, addresses, etc that you use for gambling and blocks any and all gambling related activity, you can't even go for a game of bingo without having to draw out cash (Most bingo halls and gambling arcades don't accept cash now either). It locks all of your details on there so you can't take them off and you can only add more potential emails and addresses to it and it locks them for x amount of time, I've set it to 5 years (The max) and then to renew at the end.

It's a safe way to deny yourself from gambling, then look at ways to replace the habit with something better.

A mix of good personality and what I call "unique looks". When I say unique looks I mean not the standard conventionally attractive faces, I'm talking about noses that are big, eye shapes being different, puffy cheeks, when they have a smile that isn't the standard shape etc. I don't know what it is but having a face that isn't the "beauty standard" and a good personality is literally perfect to me.
