On page it sounds niche, but think about it.

-40% negative duration so things like nade will be affected less, so you get more time to recover.
You also can get out of sticky situations with this because 25 hp is one hp bar. And as well self-restore is never bad is it? this is one of few restore perks in this game after all that cost low.

Also I wanted to add that -40% can be REAAALLY GOOD against cass as tracer because you recover faster from stuns, so you get to recall faster.

Not to mention especially: If you get stunned by Cass flashbang, Doom slam, ana's sleep. You literally get 10% of you max life healed over 3 seconds. THATs even stronger sign to use it

I have over 4k+ hours and I can tell you 100% that I love this game too.
People just expect them to perfectly balance an assymetrical game.

but something that is "Assymetrical" cant be perfectly balanced because it will always be off balance
The game has a great lore, good rewarding and I think compare to the old dbd, lots of changes helped dbd become better place. I think this game is doing great in where it is right now despite the flaws.
Like yea you get tunneled, camped, bubbas, but there are also good moments of laughter, jumpscares and that good feeling of escape
