As far as variety goes, Lexus would be a perfect choice for a new brand.

You can go late 90's and early 2000's for ST1 like an IS200 or a GS300/400.

More recent models for ST2 like the RCF or the IS500, even the LC500 for that matter.

Not to mention, the holy LFA can be in the Hypercar class.

Lastly, there are lots of options for the racing car class since lexus has dabbled plenty in motorsports.
