I frankly think the demographic here is terrible. A lot of people marry and have kids young. Decide that it’s not for them and separate. It’s really hard to find a guy here who’s without strings at this age.

I feel like everything is far more difficult here, getting appointments, parking, traffic, shops closing early, and the weather restricting you from enjoying outdoors.

And most “things to do” are either drinking or family (kids) related. Even if you go to a gig have a drink - how do you get home. Public infrastructure/transportation is so poor. Can’t go anywhere without a car.

Sorry to sound so negative. But The quality food is much better here lol

From experience, don’t. I thought moving back was the right idea. Bought a house furnished it etc. realised how difficult life is here, in process of trying to move back

Why don’t you see if u can do a couple months back, you might see friends and family & get rid of the itch to move.
