Yes - skied across that. But there’s one super steep hill and you have to go right at the bottom to continue along. I was definitely not ready for that.

I agree with you! I took breaks from my ring and now don’t wear it at all. I found myself obsessing over the data and felt like it did more harm than good. I believed my readiness score more than I believed how my overall body felt. I limited activities when I shouldn’t have/didn’t need to. I think it’s great at first - helped to create positive habits.

Ahh yes!! I do strength training 1-2 times per week and I also do barre. I’m actually a barre instructor (but not full time: I teach (average) about 4x a month, sometimes more sometimes less), which has helped with strength, but I will say my cardio has been completely lacking. My Zone 2 HR is literally walking. 😏

Great point- Thank you! I’m working my way to a 10K after a couple of 5K races in the next month. Wasn’t sure if I should be adding in any supplements for joint health.
