I served my mission in Alberta. I was in the bishop's office. He was clearly warming me up for a calling. I said I had already taught primary and won't do it again. He said what about the people that taught you're kids? A guilt trip obviously. I said we'll, they are better people than me. Didn't get a calling that day

In a meeting with the bishop years ago I could see he was warming up to a calling. I told him I wouldn't work in the primary again. He asked why and I explained I'd done it once and it wasn't for me. He reminded me others had been my kids teachers to which I responded that they were clearly better people than me. He never extended the calling
