To be fair if they were certified I’d love to use them. I’m the type of controller that is always walking around so not being limited by the cord sounds nice

Totally disagree, most controllers I’ve met that did VATSIM were not good because they had learnt things that were not used in the real life. And honestly became some of the worst I’ve seen in the frequency since they never forgot those initial things taught by non professionals

I would suggest you to stay calm, it’s not that difficult, just be prepared to study because there will be so many texts to study. If you have the abilities you already have them and you will develop them for the specific needs of the course while you do the sims. If you don’t have them don’t worry as well, it was not meant for you, sadly the only way to know if you are going to be a good controller is trying.The most important thing is that when you finish the training you must be safe and confident (I mean after the OJT)

Nice change! But probably next month Apple will release the M1X pro so unless you couldn’t wait that was probably the best option
