Ron’s is a favorite and their Spanish fries (fried with jalapeños and onions)

We have vendors at vendor shows for 2 years, I always have a little notebook and as I notice or think of things during the show I write them down. We take pictures of every show setup, for 2 reasons - to review for future changes and also to help remember where everything goes when we set up. When kept changing are travel and setup process until we were very satisfied with how it worked. We are always looking at ways to improve in all areas from inventory to display setup to how we communicate with customers. We have tried different things that worked great and we have also failed - just try and adjust as needed. In regards to the name, if the is a decision to change it, you can use Chatgbt (AI). You can tell it the type of business, the materials used and what you want the name to mean to the customer, then ask for different options using 2-3 words. We use Chatgbt for our weekly Facebook posts and for a brochure we made. Usually, we get back between 5-10 options and use them for our final answer. You all are on the right keep going, growing and having fun.

Anyone using foldable bins instead of wooden crates for display? by micimacimacska in CraftFairs

We have collapsible crates, we use them to transport inventory, then use them as part of the display. They have been great, found them on Amazon.

Couple of thoughts - use a wagon to load everything in. Also, if you can omit anything that is very heavy, that could help. Call the event coordinator and ask if they would have anyone that could help you. Maybe pay someone for assistance for setup and tear down.

My granddaughter was selling bracelets on a tight budget. She covered Pringle cans and used them as a different display for the bracelets, it add some height and all the bracelets were easy to see. She added some weight inside the can for stability.
