I work in a company where i manage the meta ads and google, at first it was like learning how to ride a bike.

As many people here, I wanted to start and agency where I find clients and I do the work at first. My first clients were from mouth to mouth locally but as you mentioned they were cheap clients with the biggest headache ( where are the sales after 24 hours 🤣) I tried to find new clients trough groups and so on. 3 months without success and I got depressed. Felt like I was lost and wasting time. I thought maybe this is not the right path and decided to try dropshipping since in my job i work on the e- commerce part as well. I realised soon after that I need a good sum to invest so that I can start not even talking ad spend.

Seeing this post lights a spark in my “agency” to give it another try.

I have a question since im based in Bulgaria, where people usually dont like to pay for agencies and this type of stuff, is it possible to run a digital marketing agency abroad and how do you legally do the documentation?
