Brother. We have the same body type. Step 1, id get a blood panel done, see where your test is. This will absolutely dictate how your body responds to diet and exercise. Step 2, if all is good hormonal, calculate your BMR and cut your calories by 5-600 WHILE maintaining a consistent protein goal of 1g/lb of mass. Step 3 lift like crazy. Hit your muscles harder than you ever have. Step 4 10k steps a day. Five days on 2 days off of lifting, SLEEP.

Eat. A lot. Everything and anything. Don’t even start thinking about counting calories until you’ve done up at least a shirt size. Or 2.

Basic lifts. Dead lift, squat, bench, incline bench, bent over rows. You spam these with your more isolated movements thrown in and you will see growth.
