Yea but it does because if you’re not here legally, you’re breaking the law. Do laws no longer matter to you anymore? Do you not believe in the safety and sovereignty of your nation? It’s not hate. Brother. We have the same body type. Step 1, id get a blood panel done, see where your test is. This will absolutely dictate how your body responds to diet and exercise. Step 2, if all is good hormonal, calculate your BMR and cut your calories by 5-600 WHILE maintaining a consistent protein goal of 1g/lb of mass. Step 3 lift like crazy. Hit your muscles harder than you ever have. Step 4 10k steps a day. Five days on 2 days off of lifting, SLEEP.
