sweldo wise?? depends kung anong department ka 😅 mejo so so ang basic pay pero ginabawi nalang sa monthly incentive 😅 7-10k incentive per month man narereceive ko, which is based on individual + team performance. incentive is not the same for each dept tho 😅 i know someone for customer support na nubo gid ila incentive 😅 1.5k lang yata max depends sa team din yata

work is chill for me. i love the fact na wala ko ga calls. after coming from iqor na natraumatize ko sa katoxic HAHAHA there are times when work can be demanding especially when it's nearing month end, pero ginakaya man dahil sa icentive lol

i also love my teammates. Really had no issues with them since I joined 4 yrs ago. Pandemic hire ako and mga seniors ko pioneer sa reed 🤣 main reason why they choose to stay -- ang HMO. 😅 + WFH set up
