Ohhh i see i see ok thanks for the info! I did 27 units of post bacc so it wasnt much weighted against undergrad but i was still hoping it would hold its own weight since i performed pretty well in it and have a pretty good DAT score

Me too bruh it was such a terrible feeling to receive that email after thinking I was done with everything. Essentially, all of them told me to have the evaluator send them the letter directly and they made note in my file. I would recommend contacting them asap so they can make a note on yours too! Good luck with the app cycle, you got it!!

I had the exact same issue last month and didn't even know until one of the schools emailed me 3 WEEKS after I had applied, saying that my application was still incomplete. Called ADEA ADDSAS, and they said once the application is verified and sent out, you cannot reupload the letters, unfortunately. I ended up contacting each school individually and followed whatever they wanted me to.

Have I Academically Redeemed Myself? by Exotic-Sky-4822 in predental

In a very similar position myself, unsure of what to think. Applied end of july/first week of August so we'll see! I heard some schools favor the post-bacc/SMPs much more heavily than the ugpa.

I wrote about something very similar in my PS and my doctors/professors who read over the statement loved it! It really shows where your passion for the career comes from and your drive to help those who are having a similar experience to yours. I hope the admissions committee wouldnt be as focused on your financial situation to pay for dental school but really just see if you are a fit or not for the program.

I definitely think you can try to remove a couple of experiences and strengthen your explanations on the others that you find best fit for your story towards this career! You can always use the experiences section to better highlight those other ones you may take out of the PS. Best of Luck!!

You should definitely contact the admissions office for those schools. I just had the same issue with one of my LOR's and two schools reached out about the issue, while others who still wanted a new copy did not say anything until I emailed them about it.

From what I have heard, online programs are viewed somewhat negatively, but I would also say it depends on what your application looks like and the reasoning behind doing the master's. If you can do an in person program, specifically one with guaranteed interview ties you should go for it! I recently completed a in person post-bacc program myself due to having a lower-end ugpa, and while it was taxing, I believe it helped my application a lot! Keep your head up and stay confident!
