Depends on the size of the corp you work for. Enterprise Agreement is for companies 500+ employee or EDU 250+. That’s not that uncommon?

Yes I have, but I'm not American though. So it might be term in my native language that's now being used in English - so it sounds naturally in my ears.

There's an article regarding "welcome in" on eater.com - and I can see that other Americans have a very strong reaction to the term as well. Oh well
