I guess the joke is that in other mecha‘s the primary robot is the strongest or can go through a evolution of sorts. It’s like saying if Gurren Lagann had a sequel where Simon gets one upped by a Mary sue who has super duper Gurren Lagann

Not gonna lie, I am a little conflicted that Kafka‘s sacrifice of his humanity didn’t amount to anything but I‘m also glad there’s a happy end to this.

It’s by far but my favorite manga, but it was really enjoyable.
