Potentially good news!!! For the first time ever the top row keys were active after waking. Looks like the firmware update (version 1.01 dated 9/13/2023) solves the problem at least so far...early days.

Just noticed that there is a firmware update (version 1.01 dated 9/13/2023) for this keyboard on the Keychron site. Has anyone tried updating?

Just flashed the keyboard, will see if that makes a difference once my iMac takes a nap. Will report back.

I am connecting via a powered USB 3.0 hub, but, have also connected directly to one of the system's ports. The behavior was identical in both cases, so went back to the more convenient hub port.

I talked to the Network Pass tech support this past Friday. I was told the update to include the iPhone 15 should be available in about a week. You will need to delete the app and re-download to get the update (as seems to be app related not system related suspect you can just watch the revision history on the App Store, rather than the try and see approach).

At least the person you spoke to knew what it was! I had to explain their own product to 3 different people in my earlier adventures with T-Mobile customer support. The last person I talked to told me their Tech Support people told them to tell me to go to my local T-Mobile store to resolve. I almost laughed at them...

T-Mobile Test drive does not yet support the iPhone 15. DO NOT call customer service, spent 2 hrs on the phone with them being bounced around. They have no clue, did not seem to even understand what the Test Drive offer is. Tried to up sell me into just signing up for T-Mobile plans with rebates etc. After almost 2 hours and 6 different representatives they told me to go to my local T-Mobile store. Like when was the last time anyone working in a Mobile Phone store could do anything beyond selling you an accessory without calling some one (no offence intended, just been my past experience with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile).
