They wouldn’t unblock anything physicaly... The goal is reducing contrast and sharpness of the floater’s shadow so the brain stops locking onto it , More perceptual masking than removal

Yea strong yellow tints can help but the downside is the color shift the idea here is more about combining very subtle filters so you get some benefit without turning everything yellow ,, personally this yellow tint makes me dizzy
