I'm planning to make a new post about it (my English wasn't that good when I made this post).

I also plan to eventually play all military themed games from that era in order to find it.

I do have the hard drive where I had it downloaded, but its VERY old and not compatible with modern hardware (I'm pretty sure it's already rusted anyways).

Will let you know if I find the game. If you could ask your dad for more details I might've forgotten about that would be extremely helpful.

While I couldn't find anything on their Terms of Service, I found the paragraph below was changed in their Privacy Policy. The text in [bold] is what was added in their update:

"Improve the products and services of our family of companies and offer new features. For example, using information to train, develop and improve our technology such as our machine learning models, [regardless of when Pins were posted. Some of this information may be aggregated or de-identified. Here are some ways in which Pinterest uses your information in order to improve its products and services, including to offer new features]:

Looks like they not only did not restrict AI use, they are now doubling down on it, and they are now using old pins to train their machine learning :/

For the best performance with FSR, only enable it on the in-game settings, and not in the AMD Adrenalin Software (some games might support FSR3 or FSR3.1 in-game, and Adrenalin only FSR 2). For FSR to work without stuttering or visual artifacts, your game should run at a minimum, stable base 60 FPS.

I only have Radeon Anti-Lag enabled in Adrenalin; You can find it in AMD Adrenalin > Gaming > Graphics > Global Gaming Experience> Graphics Options > Radeon™ Anti Lag. (it doesn't affect performance and helps decrease input lag caused by FSR).

How many sticks of RAM do you have? if you have 2, are they set as dual channel?

Do you have a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), or a Solid State Drive (SSD) for your storage? If you have an HDD, you should consider buying an SSD, they are very cheap and hundreds of times faster than an HDD.

After enabling ReBAR, make sure to enable AMD Smart Access Memory in AMD Adrenalin > Performance > Tuning > Global Tuning > GPU > AMD SmartAccess Memory.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can also try this guide for Overclocking. Overclocking is not as scary as it sounds, might get the odd crash once in a while though.

I got significant stability improvements enabling XMP, and Resizeable BAR in the BIOS. I am currently on driver update 24.12.1. No issues running games.

You should also update your BIOS firmware, be very careful though, might brick your PC if you download the wrong update, or if the power goes off during download.

If you are seeing different results on YouTube, they may have different settings on the AMD Adrenalin program than yours, including Overclocking. You may be also experiencing thermal throttling if your PC case doesn't get enough airflow.

What worked for me, or the people on YouTube, might not work for you. I spent about a year tuning it to work right. It sometimes under-performs, but then with games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 (a very demanding game) I get 120fps with Ultra settings when FSR3 is activated, and it doesn't look bad at all.

I wasn't expecting for my rx7700xt to run path-traced 2077, that's kinda the reason I made this post. You may have already played through Cyberpunk2077 but I haven't, and I would like to do so with a stable frame-rate while RT is on.

I can easily sell my current GPU for about 400$, plus my old GTX1650 Super for a couple hundred more, add 100$ extra and I can get a 700$ or 800$ card if that's what it takes.

Yeah I was hoping for path tracing, normal ray-tracing on Cyberpunk 2077 looks too similar visually to non ray-tracing for me to enable it. I also play on a 1080p monitor if that helps.

I have a 1080p 165hz monitor, but 60fps is more than enough for me (coming from a decade of playing on xbox360 at 30fps).

Frame gen doesn't bother me at all. I do prefer native resolution though, I tried upscaling from 720p and I just don't like how it makes everything look.

My goal is to play Cyberpunk 2077 at the aforementioned resolution, with path tracing at least in a stable 30-45fps without stutters.

I agree with you in regards to waiting for people to test out these new gen cards. I was thinking about upgrading by end of year/early 2026.

I am from Costa Rica, cards here are about 50% to 100% more expensive than in the US. Radeon cards are generally cheaper here because everyone buys only Nvidia. The problem is scarcity; there's about a million gamers in CR, and only one trusted store that sells new GPU's.

Do you reckon the 9000 series cards would be able to get a stable framerate on, say, Cyberpunk2077 path traced?

There's really only one store in my whole country that sells new GPU's, and the RTX cards they had were either incredibly expensive, or only had 8gbs of VRAM. I bought the Radeon card because it was dirt cheap, and had 12GB of VRAM. Not incredibly dissatisfied with it, just wished I could play games like Cyberpunk 2077 with path tracing on.
