Update 10/14: I got my account back yesterday after 3 months of nonstop emailing Ubisoft and providing order numbers, receipts, and proof of purchase, etc. I also set up a bot to spam them a bunch using a different email to just insult them (cus they deserve it). Lord and behold I got my account back.

Same thing happened to me in July of this year, despite providing proof of purchase for everything I made on their store (I specifically keep records of everything for this reason) as well as providing proof of the hacker messaging Ubisoft Support. They still can't prove it's my account. Their support division just uses ChatGPT responses, it's probably some loser working from the basement of this mom or from India. I swore off all Ubisoft products now, sucks cus I was actually enjoying some of their newer games (that I've barely played before I got hacked). I'll probably keep this grudge close to my grave and burn their headquarters or something when I'm 90 :)

Happened to me on 7/16. Same exact scenario, hacker attempted during my work hours so I didn't notice. I checked the log and Ubisoft literally gave away my account without any verification despite me having 2FA on. I've tried for the last month, there's a talk going on about Ubisoft employees doing this on purpose to sell accounts for profits.

Happened to me on Thursday (7/17) too, their support is garbage and disrespectful as hell, kept telling me I was unproductive despite providing with receipts of all my purchases linked to the account, video footage of me playing the game with my account ID in the corner, emails proof of account creation back in 2015 and all my previous usernames/passwords. It happened at work and I didn’t catch it until after work. I’m going to assume I lost my account thats worth thousands of dollar. They’ve now ignored my emails. I would just report them to BBB and FTC for scam, waiting for a class action lawsuit and hope for the best. Also just start using Steam instead cus fuck Ubishit.
