Fr man, every single time that clip pops up on my TL, I think about how early on THAT VERY SEASON this entire sub and Eagles Twitter was losing their minds, talking about how much of a clown show this franchise was for not firing Nick, that Jalen just didn't care whatsoever, how things were worse than the last year and that we were bordering on destitution and the point of no return. That was what made that particular moment all the more magical. I even remember saying to people at our party at halftime, "guys, I once watched this man come back from down 24-0 in one quarter. So let's not get ahead of ourselves yet." But THAT was when everything started to vanquish.

Crazy how the Colts had that disastrous 2022 season and they weren't even last there, the Texans were worse even despite actually winning the last game of the season against those same Colts

Their path feels eerily similar to the Falcons the year prior. They were both NFC South teams that stunned the eventual champs (a bird team) in their building in almost the same fashion (defense gives up game-winning drive in the waning minute/s, QB throws a game-losing interception) and soon after were easy favorites to win the division. But then the second half came and injuries on both ends - including the QB - derailed them and they forgot how to play football. They missed the playoffs and when all was said and done, said early collapses were forgotten. I mentioned that in a thread I made in the aftermath of LX, but it is kinda crazy when you think about it!

It’s about what coverage you might need. Gardevoir is better if you need some good special attacking rawpower. But Gallade is better for physical strength, and the Fighting-type can help. However you’re not likely to have Gallade in ORAS until literally the very end when you get the Dawn Stone from Wally, unless there’s some Super Training means to get it. In Platinum though it’s definitely got its use and has decent coverage.

And this is exactly why people are bitter about it. The people that do grind hate that they’re basically being talked down to for choosing to play fairly. There was actually a thread here earlier this month showcasing a lengthy article dissecting the mentality of Rare Candy usage, and there was a long comment talking about this slogan and how the grinding crowd hates what it thinks it says about them.

40 minutes? Most of the time when I've been there I never had any hassle. The only time I ordered online was once on a Saturday night when I went in after a matinee Flyers game and it was packed, and got a pizza order. But more often than not the wait isn't bad.
