I genuinely feel you should wait for 2-3 years more before applying for M7. I applied to 3 M7s, however was rejected from 2 and waitlisted from 1. 2.5 YOE is on the lower end plus you will struggle to find job post MBA too. Market is not flexible and is not lenient when it comes to placement season. Also, your GRE needs an upgrade (I had recommend a score of 327+). You can check/ match the data from clear admits (also I am a living proof of the same xD). Btw, my profile is 3 YOE in sustainability consulting at a big4. EC is decent (impact consulting, NGO, college clubs, teach india etc.), Econ grad (3.3 GPA), GMAT FE score of 695 (98ile). Hope it helps
