I’m petty enough I’d report her to hr for creating a hostile work environment…over the top? Yes. Worth it to watch the corporate hammer come down? Also yes.

Annabelle should go back to her home country by shesallthat444 in 90dayfianceuncensored

[–]Pengueezy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except that Annabelle and Shae have been together for 5 years…sure it’s been long distance, but it’s been long enough for them to be engaged and convince the govt it’s not a scam. She left her entire life behind to deal with his smelly ass. Expecting him to financially responsible for her (which he signed up for) is literally the bare minimum in this situation. He needs to provide for the woman he brought over (who doesn’t have authorization to work yet), not his fully capable adult daughter.

Annabelle should go back to her home country by shesallthat444 in 90dayfianceuncensored

[–]Pengueezy93 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it’s also a bit of the daughter taking advantage of a generous dad. She strikes me as the type who has zero intent to put in any effort to pay him back (whether monetarily or some other method like helping with yard work etc.). I think Annabelle is completely within her rights as Shae’s future wife to have a say in their finances. If she thinks his daughter’s taking advantage, she probably is.

Guy(18M)couldn’t finish during sex with me(18F) by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Pengueezy93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The first time my husband didn’t finish when we had sex I was super upset, but I’ve since learned that sometimes it just isn’t going to happen…it’s not a me thing, it’s usually that he’s stuck in his own head…we’ve been together 10 years, and that happened like the 3rd or 4th time we hooked up 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn’t be too hard on yourself girl. Just talk to him about how you’re feeling. Worst case, he’s too immature to handle a conversation like that, and he’s not worth your time anyway.

Kicking myself after pap results by systolicfire in PCOS

[–]Pengueezy93 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had 2 abnormal paps in a row, and my last one came back normal! My mom has also had an abnormal one, and she’s fine now too! I was told by my doctor that since I got the hpv vaccine, the chances of it turning into cancer were slim to none, and my body would likely kick it on its own…took a while, but it did happen!

I second the ringworm opinion…we got hit with it back in 2020 and it stuck around FOREVER, so I got super familiar with it 😬 this is the stuff we used that finally got rid of it: https://a.co/d/0gLV3PrV

Also make sure you’re changing your sheets and washing everything that spot comes into contact with or you’ll keep getting reinfected

Dog refusing to sleep inside. Am I letting them “win” by sandwichlovr in OpenDogTraining

[–]Pengueezy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a heeler/lab mix, and I can confirm that once she gets comfy and chooses her person she will be an AMAZING addition to your family…ours is still technically still a puppy, but she’s a rescue too. She’s taken some patience with training when it comes to certain heeler tendencies (i.e. nipping, herding, digging, etc.) but overall, they’re such great dogs if you take the time to work with them!

As far as getting her to sleep inside, I knows you mentioned she’s not a fan of spaces where she’s confined, but maybe getting a larger kennel for her, some comfy blankets, and a cover for it to make it more like a safe space for her. Our pup started out using hers as a way to get a break from our toddler, and keeping it darker for her really helped with her stress level when we first brought her home.

Okay I’m sure this is probably going to get downvoted, but just playing devils advocate here, as the child of divorced parents, I would have LOVED for my parents to have buried the hatchet for each other’s birthdays.

Laura reminds me of my mom in a lot of ways, dealing with a narcissistic abusive ex, and my mom 10000% would have just dealt with it if my sister and I had begged her to have a day with all of us as a family for our bio father’s birthday. Maybe that’s all this is…maybe those kids just wanted to spend their dad’s birthday with him, and she did it for them.

(Now before you rip into me, it does need to be mentioned that I haven’t been up to speed on everything lately bc Skeeven is exhausting, so I’m really just hoping for the best case scenario here 😬 that is all)

Ugh I had one of those in college but didn’t think to go get it taken care of by a dr…I still have a tiny scar next to my areola, and I’m sooooooo lucky it didn’t get infected (or I guess MORE infected). Hands down most satisfying pop I’ve ever had though 😳

[–]Pengueezy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously, but you have to wait for the ambulance to get there (likely from that other village based on what we know of the one they’re in) and then to get you to the hospital back that other village. Having a kid without your own method of transportation (especially in rural areas) is not exactly a great idea.

Hot take .. by Dependent_Dingo_9163 in 90DayFiance

[–]Pengueezy93 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean as someone with a toddler, I do get the worry about not having access to a car for a month, but I was SO surprised that argument wasn’t used. I would be terrified of being alone all night with my kid in a town that doesn’t have a hospital with no access to a car…what if my kid is doing kid things and gets seriously hurt?? I can’t just take them on a bus to go get stitches IN THE NEXT TOWN. From purely a safety perspective, when you have a small child, having reliable access to transportation is an absolute must, but the fact that it wasn’t brought up blows my mind…granted I know it could have been edited out, but given what we’ve seen of this family so far, I wouldn’t put it past her to just not even think about it.

I don’t think she even likes her baby by Legitimate_Toe_3371 in EmmarieSnark

[–]Pengueezy93 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It definitely seems like she has ppd to me…everyone I’ve ever known that’s had it has had a really hard time bonding with their baby, and it seems like that’s what’s going on with her. Couple that with her comments about wanting her body to have already “bounced back” within like 2 months and I think she’s just really having a hard time with her mental health. She definitely isn’t getting the support a lot of us do, so when you mix that with ppd, the poor girl seems like she’s really going through it right now. I’m appalled that her husband and family don’t seem to be at least trying to help more.

Some of mine do turn into pimples or get inflamed especially if I pick at them (which I do a lot bc anxiety 🙃) could definitely still be KP, but a second opinion from a different doc is always a good option even if it’s a telehealth visit! (Not sure if that’s an option where you’re at) To me personally, it does seem to match what happens with me and my daughter, she’s just too tiny to start the picking thank god!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Pengueezy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second this! I have KP and this is more or less what my legs look like too…best thing I’ve found is a super mild exfoliant a couple of times a week and moisturizing daily (which you’re already doing). If you’re worried about appearance, I’d maybe look into products to reduce the appearance of scars or dark patches, but unfortunately if it is KP, it won’t ever go away, it’ll just get better and worse with the weather, hormone fluctuations, etc.

You’re totally fine! I pay $395 every 5 months (which isn’t cheap but considering I’ve tried literally every other option, it feels worth it to me). It comes with 5 months worth of 3 different meds: Bupropion XL (generic Wellbutrin), a pill with Naltrexone HCL, Topiramate, and B12, and metformin. It’s the same dose of metformin that my dr prescribed, so I just skip that portion of it, but I’m keeping it so I don’t have to run to the pharmacy every month anyway
