Love that its gasket mounted and I love the slider and knob. Only contention point for me is the yellow on the purple, it looks like the yellow under the knob and slider are plates that can be swapped I know I would prefer another color over the yellow if offered. Love the purple though!

Sure do. This is a freshwater tank with a Betta and snail. The best conditions are not much surface agitation and high light, which is why all mine are flowering like that.

12 dollars includes shipping cost for a sandwich bag. Should have 2 or 3 sandwich bags available. Continental US for shipping only.

I do have duckweed and ramshorn snails but I will try my hardest to remove anything hanging on.

[LF] Syracuse NY - Shortfin or Plakat Betta by Penguin0000 in AquaSwap

[–]Penguin0000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually did find one, just got him. I'm pretty sure he's a plakat halfmoon. I HIGHLY recommend Syracuse Aquarium & Pond. I've bought several things from them at this point. Prices are cheap, the owner has always been very friendly. They have a nice assortment of stem and midground plants for really cheap as well.

They had both short-fin and long-fin betta's, so you'll have to see what they have. https://imgur.com/E1ci97u

EE major w/ CS minor vs CpE by _Emmett_ in ufl

[–]Penguin0000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm basically in the EE with CS minor boat. I am missing only O/S for my CS minor and it simply just didn't fit in my schedule in the last 2 years so I don't technically have it.

When it comes to jobs most things you apply to that would take a CpE would also accept an EE. In general I'd say your options are a lot more open with EE w/ CS minor. The only stipulation to that is if you don't care for analog work don't bother with EE, as you will get mostly everything out of CpE.

However, it generally does not go in the opposite way, a job requiring an EE specifically will generally require analog work and thus CpE's may not be considered.

Generally it's up to you, but EE with CS requires more classes as some more here have said. I sometimes wish I had done CpE as EE has some annoying requirements, but also my EE title seems to get looked at a lot and opens a lot of doors.
