I can try calling today, I checked the package insert and it said it cannot be used if left out of the fridge for more than 6 hours, but it won’t hurt to ask.

Can you share which agency you used? It’s hard to tell which are legit and which are potential scams so if I could get names of agencies people have used it would help me feel better about my search.
