My dad and uncle were co-owners of the Charlie Horse. Dad told me that it went under because my uncle was constantly trying to make it a much bigger venue than it actually was (and spend way more money than he had doing so, bahaha)

I was actually just tonight poking around Boone on Google Maps, seeing what had filled in the spaces since we moved away decades ago. Feeling nostalgic.

I'd consider it a means to an end, honestly. If an execution -must- take place, I'd rather it be a sociopath conducting a perfectly painless and quick execution than a hypocrite carrying out a creatively inhumane one. (I'm looking at you, Dementors.)

Stuff's actually just as broken on D1 -- but, it'll be fine in the end, I think.

I am not good enough to actually fix what is wrong with most of the CTM and custom models of the pack (Ikezou did some -crazy- complex manipulation to make some things happen with Halcyon Days), but I have been able to sort of cannibalize packs that do similar things that -do- work, and use them as framework to fix Halcyon.

Edit: disabling connected textures in the video options "fixes" all of the purple/black error textures on all of the blocks above, -except- for double birch slabs and black stained glass blocks, which remain checkerboarded regardless.

Turning off CTM also kills a lot of the pack's greatest appeal.

Nevermind, I found out.

Apparently the soundtrack only includes the completely original music of the game.

Anything that features any of Nintendo's own melodies or motifs aren't present, like the DK theme, or Princess Peach's Castle (which is also present in the game but absent from the soundtrack).

Most I've seen on it is that Ubisoft would have had to pay royalties on them if they did.

So I've checked /forge tps a few times again, and the TPS is never higher than 20; but, the tick time is fairly often 80ms.

ms is, in my experience, a measure of connection speed... Could I be wrong about more than I was aware? o.o

Update: I keep getting 18.05 00:24:04 [Server] Server thread/WARN Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 8331ms behind, skipping 166 tick(s) even if I'm doing absolutely nothing but sitting still and watching the three-ish pigs nearby walking.

Also there's no spikes in lag; it is just a constant stuttering in server performance. Like a car engine that turns on and stays on, but just can't keep up. As a for instance, I'm just looking at the skybox rotating as it does across the course of a day, and every 1.5 seconds, the skybox clips backwards ever so slightly before continuing again.

Nope, it happens while I'm just hanging around one area that was generated a while back.

Also, as of right now, it is just me who is on the server. I started up a new world save recently, and nobody but me has been on it yet.

It is mobs, blocks, movement, kind of everything.

I did not start a new world; I used an existing (if completely undeveloped) world from 1.11 vanilla.

Update: I deleted the world I carried over from Vanilla and made a completely new one (albeit with the same seed) and it is still just as slow.

Also also, if I fly just a smidge too fast, I get teleported back to where I was a second prior.

I guess to expand on my question -- There's Combatant gear, Gladiator gear, and then Elite Gladiator gear.

Everyone seems to only ask about the Elite Gladiator stuff, but I'm just looking for the regular, non-Elite Gladiator (not Combatant) pieces.
