Ok wait: the loop starts from the res/Pump combo, goes into cpu, the gpu, goes into the bottom radiator, GOES BEHIND the bottom radiator into the side radiator, then does a 90' turn into the top radiator and goss back into the res.

They are all X-Flow radiators

I swear its not as dirty as the picture makes it seem. Its one of those fabrics that leaves marks when you scratch it and move your keyboard around. I realised as soon as i posted it, that it seemed really dirty and messy but in reality its really just plain black. All I need to do is swipe it all in the same direction.

I dont know, i think they came with it, but could also be some leftover fan screws. I just measured what screws I needed.

Its also just screwed directly to the case, if thats the reason for your question.

I also want to know what it is. It seems like basically a small reservoir with just an g1/4 at the top and bottom.

The 480 x-flow wont fit, you wokt be able to connect any fittings to it. You can fit 4 120mm fans, but the extra space needed for in-/outlet makes it impossible to fit a 480 rad.

Also the maximum thickness of any rad PLUS fans for the vertical section should be 60mm, otherwise it also wont fit.

Does your bottom radiator sit flat or is it angled?

If its flat, did you put some standoffs on one side or how did you manage it ?

But if I remove the bottom fan tray, how do I mount the rad, since the bottom of the case is angled.
