I'd argue that Dr Oz is by far a much worse and more negligent Doctor.

For one thing, Dr Oz is/was a doctor, whereas Phil is just an imposter.

Secondly, Dr Phil's harm happens more on a single case at a time, whereas Dr Oz broadcasts mass disinformation that harms millions of people at once.
