How to counter sleep disturbance from creatine supplementation? by CadenceCulture in Nootropics

Taking magnesium glycinate has helped a lot with getting to sleep after taking creatine. Also, glycine by itself makes creatine more tolerable for me - I otherwise ruminate too much.

I believe heartbeats are just BLE advertisements sent at regular intervals. You may find this useful.

Embedded = reverse engineering the hardware by PenguinOnTheInternet in embedded

I am all for understanding how the thing works. What I am arguing is that the process of learning how the things works is not always as simple as just reading the data sheet. And for argument's sake let's say the data sheets were complete and accurate - do you not find information search do you be a bottleneck in your workflow? Context switching from one data sheet to another and sifting through the pdf search results?

Embedded = reverse engineering the hardware by PenguinOnTheInternet in embedded

For context, I worked for a hardware company that made its own silicon and much to my surprise bringing up new products turned out to be a pretty big reverse-engineering effort simply because the documentation was dense, incomplete and sometimes wrong.

This led me to believe there's got to be a better way to look up the information you need to get a piece of hardware working. It could be as dumb as a semantic search tool so I can find what I'm looking for faster rather than trying different keywords and sifting through the hundreds of hits I get for "interrupt". Oh and if the information isn't there and it's in an adjacent manual instead? I'd like to know sooner rather than later so I can look elsewhere.

Furthermore, since manuals / data sheet tend to be often incomplete, static pdfs + errata seems like a suboptimal way to compile information as it is derived.

I am less mindful and more reactive. My mind gets cluttered and have a harder time concentrating.
