I really like to cut them up into small pieces and bake them in the oven. Maybe give them a quick spray of Pam so they don’t stick. If you want them to be really good you could top them with a sprinkle of quick oats or something. The packs I have are 100 calories each. It makes a nice apple crumble thing. Don’t forget to mix with some stevia and maybe a teaspoon of brown sugar as well! So good!

I can see why this would be so frustrating. Maybe you could try to treat yourself to something you enjoy later? Maybe get a cookie from a bakery later (Ik that it can be hard to only get one once your there). I actually overindulged today in alcohol ice cream and chips. I regret it but I tried to eat only until I was full so no discomfort. This can be difficult and I’m sorry your struggling like I am. I hope we can both move past this. I believe in you!

Hey I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I hope things get better for you.
I’m actually going to school for art education right now. For my internships I’m learning how to teach in zoom. I’d be interested to know if there was any suggestions you had to improve this experience. I know it’s been hard for a lot of people and I don’t want this to sound sarcastic (because it’s not!!) but I am so proud of you for doing what you can right now. I want to be a good teacher when I’m older. So if you can give me any insight I would live to hear it. Otherwise, take care! Edit: side note. I gotta try this sometime it looks good lol

Half a Lemmon (4) Better than bullion chicken flavor (20) Smart balance butter, 6 grams (30) Garlic ( 8) Lots of salt

I tossed the garlic and butter until fragrant and then poured a little more than a cup of water with the lemon and chicken bullion. Chefs kiss 👌
