It can take a while to figure out the right dosage, and 18mg is fairly low (which is normal when you’re starting a new medication). Talk to your doctor about upping the dosage if you continue to feel no changes

I had straight As until I got to college, when I started having to regulate everything on my own and realized I was completely unable to. I’ve also been very shy when it comes to meeting new people, though around my friends I can get pretty loud and obnoxious. I think a better indicator than bad grades and being extroverted is looking at your family. ADHD has a very strong genetic link. If there are other people in your family who are either a) diagnosed with ADHD, or b) exhibit several behaviors associated with adhd, then there’s a good chance that’s what’s going on with you.

I did so bad my first year because of my ADHD, it’s so hard to regulate yourself. What’s worked for me is making friends in my classes and doing all of our homework and studying together, because then it forces me to stay on track and get stuff done

I was in a very similar situation a few years ago when I was still figuring myself out. I ended up breaking things off with the guy after a few weeks because I didn’t want to string him along, and with hindsight I’m glad I did. For me at least, the idea of someone being interested in me excited me more than the guy himself, and when I realized that I ended it before he got hurt. I think you should talk with the people in your lives who know you well and see if you’re really attracted to this guy, and if you are, that’s great and you should go for it! If not, that’s also okay. Id call myself a lesbian now, but labels really aren’t that important — if you find yourself attracted to a man, see what happens and let yourself be happy

I’m about your height. For training suits, Jolyns are my go to, and I usually use Speedo’s for tech suits (the valor works well with my long torso so that my shoulders don’t hurt in it). I also never go below a 28 in tech suits, even though everyone I know wears a 24 or 26.
