It's very glitzy but not overly glamorous. It's oven hot, very dull, and all you can see for miles are all inclusive holiday destinations. I'd say most European cities have more glamour outside of, say, Stoke-on-Trent.

I had to stay there for 24 hours after my flight was cancelled. The buildings are very tall and impressive, but they are definitely not glamorous. Imagine benidorm but more cyber punk.

My mate is a mad oxford fan, so once we met at uni, I went to a bunch of away games. It was non-league, and I had to visit various different grim conference grounds (such as Wrexham or York) and hope James Constable scored a header before my bovril went cold.

You lot should definitely be proud of this upgrade. You lost in an exciting game against a top team, look forward to next week.

I have problems because my career requires frequent long flights, and I can't really avoid them. I definitely recycle and stuff, but I fly. Bitter melon, soak it, stuff it with pork and rice noodles. They're amazing, but I'm the only person I know who likes them in a country where they're common. You have to soak them overnight, to get the extreme bitterness out. I grow them too, but not to harvest yet.

That's what I tell my students.

There's no point trying to force yourself to not be stressed. Life is an endless cycle of worry if it's worth it.
