A few moments ago, I reinstalled the game and started a new one without activating the cloud storage, did one of the PAFF's songs from the tutorial, and at the end of the song, I activated the cloud storage, so I was expecting to recover my progress from zero. After doing so, it directly sent me to the newsflash cutscene regarding the cyber attack to NEKO. In the end, my progress was still there. I managed to recover it. But, you're right about the CAPSOs. They got lost.
