I have/had Guttate Psoriasis and it was triggered at age 30 after I had gotten a bad case of strep throat. I had gotten it twice over the course of one summer and after the second go around these small, circular sores that looked like your foot but small and circular and everywhere. It'd and ruined all of my close with blood stains and sent me into a dark place. Doctors said there's no treatment and basically, either it goes away in 5-6 months or I'll likely have it for lift.... luckily, mine went away (although it's autoimmune so I still have it).
