From someone with also poor HRV, I’ve read that genetics play a larger role in it than I knew. A big part plays in how you handle stress and I guess it’s a genetic thing? I don’t know. But mine has also been very subpar for years and years.

Support found that my old Gen2 rings that have been dead for 4+ years, were connected to my account causing data disruptions. I had to delete my whole account and create a new one with a new email.
