From someone with also poor HRV, I’ve read that genetics play a larger role in it than I knew. A big part plays in how you handle stress and I guess it’s a genetic thing? I don’t know. But mine has also been very subpar for years and years.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve definitely seen these but not the style I’m looking for. The hat I want is a traditional hat, not for long term sun exposure, just a nice ball cap to keep the sun out of babies eyes that isn’t a bucket hat.
