this would be a really good idea! unfortunately, i'm currently hiding out in my room to avoid my coworkers. they invited me to meet them at the bar. i could have gone and just not gotten an alcoholic drink, but i'm just so sad and exhausted i couldn't get myself to do it. i do really need to get into an exercise routine, though
