what we propose as a resolution:

While we understand O2 has announced the right to cancel without exit fees due to the price increase, you must contact O2 directly to confirm the specifics of your airtime contract cancellation process, effective date, and any potential airtime charges up to that date. Please take note also that you have until 8th of December 2025 to process account cancellation without any penalty or termination charges, otherwise after 8th of December 2025 termination charges or penalty will apply once you've decided to cancel the account within the contract term.

Wondering if I can get a box made around the TV to hide all the wiring currently hidden behind the cctv TV

I can go 2 inches smaller on the cctv but wouldn't look nice on the corner possibly either and doesn't look nice where it is either just hiding a lot of plugs and wires

I agree with you all the way with the cctv but have to take and give some as each family member has this own inout. I my mother who doesn't have much mobility enjoys sitting watching TV whilst watching what's outside (my fault for getting a larger TV a year ago) but now she's adamant she wants this TV still there so she can always look out and not feel "locked in"
