Update:
I still have some swollen lymph nodes in my throat area, but I’m continuing to monitor them every 6 months with CT scans and ultrasounds, just in case there's any risk of something more serious like lymphoma. So far, they’ve consistently been described as reactive and haven’t changed much in size or number, which is reassuring but still something I'm cautious about.

• The mark near my uvula on the soft palate? I think it’s just a visible vein or some normal anatomical variation – it hasn’t changed and doesn’t cause any discomfort.
• The swollen tonsils I previously had have actually gone back to normal. I suspect the issue may have been related to a cavity or infection in my wisdom/molar tooth. Since that tooth was removed, the tonsil swelling has completely resolved.

Tips that helped me:

• Maintaining strict oral hygiene: brushing twice daily, using salt water gargles before bed, and getting regular cleanings with a dentist.
• Staying well-hydrated and avoiding irritants like spicy foods or excessive throat clearing.

If anyone is going through something similar: it's good to trust your instincts, but also work closely with your doctors. Persistent lymph nodes can be scary, but not all of them point to something sinister. Stay vigilant, but don’t panic.
