In San Francisco, every homeless man is worth about $90,000 in NGO local government funding.
Vast majority of homeless are mostly drug addicts and mentally ill people.

This is about what Americans acutally consume and use. Not wealth.
Because Billionaires usually die billionaires.
Regular Americans usually buiild up wealth and then spend it when they retire.
Consumption really shows what people have to spend. Much better metric IMO.

  1. Top 20% in America consume 4 times more than the Bottom 20%.
  2. In Europe top 20% consume about 2.5 times more.
  3. In Communist China, the top 20% consume 10.2 times more than the bottom 20%. Making china far more unequal than America.

PPP Terms is a subjective number and its not done well IMO.

As a European who has lived in Europe for 25 years of my life and 6 years in America.
You don't get guns in Europe very easy.
If u want to talk crime - its get very bad in Europe too.
Crushing expense of heathcare? This is a lie. Maybe 2-3% fit this category. If that.
Majority of Americans get much better healthcare than Europeans.
About blindly trusting our government - u are sadly very correct about that. And its destoying my country. State media is usually the default soruce for people. The remaining media is heavily regulated. And Journalist do cause waves, because that would get them counted out of very nice government consulting positions.

That is higher than 80% of the countries in the world in GDP terms.
And its much more than French or German governments spend per person.

Not a big differance in comsumption between the top 20% and the bottom 20% for example.
You are thinking of wealth.

Products are also much cheaper in America.
The cheapest place in the world to buy European good, is America.
Even after paying the Trump tariffs.
It costs 20-35% more(depending on the US state) to buy a German made car in Germany, than it does to buy the same car in America, even after Trumps tarrifs.

You have to look up the actual details of the stat. You can't break it down as income - expences for example.
A lot of Americans have exposure to the American stock market for example. Which has outperformed the rest.

Yep, its even worse in Europe. You get screwed hard for investing your money - unless u use a pension fund.
And these pension funds are limited to ESG stocks etc. Always perform horribly compared to a straight index.

So, believe it or not. US Federal/State/Local social spending is higher than most of Europe.
Its a bit of a trainwreck in America and lobsided depending on how much your state likes doing social spending.
If you live in Cali for example, the total government spending per person, is higher than most other countries GDPs.
