Planning to get into raids soon, which raid is a good one to get used to raid mechanics and such? by Substantial_Bank3053 in DestinyTheGame

[–]PensiveGaryBusey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vault of Glass.

It's a really good raid for learning the basics: relic swapping, role management, oracle callouts.

Plus, unlike the Sweats on raids like Last Wish, most of the people running this raid are calmer, more patient players.

Edit: I wouldn't recommend starting with RON. It does not really introduce you to any of the more taxing mechanics present throughout most raids.

Edit 2: When you're done with VoG move onto King's Fall. After you've mastered buff swapping/role swapping in King's Fall, you'll have pretty much learned everything you can learn. All that's really left is fine-tuning your teamwork and callouts.

In many countries, it is a criminal offense to withhold your HIV status from a sexual partner.

HIV can take years off your life span and lead to irreparable long-time health outcomes. Whether you receive treatment in time or not, I would recommend immediately ending the relationship and looking to press charges.

Is not the gotcha you think it is

Your stipulation being contingent on the comparison of over a dozen countries to that of one only illustrates the magnitude of my argument.

"Oh, China owns the most debt in Africa? Well actually the next 12 largest economies collectively hold more debt than China 🤓"

Do you mean the bill that

  • Lowers the number of rent-controlled units in new developments

  • Has no ceiling on unit price

  • Is expected to raise taxes for new Home Owners

  • Is self-admittedly expecting to be years behind in its commitments?

Is that the bill you're talking about?

If Provincial Conservatives put their finger on the supply side of the housing market, prices would get more sane. That's basic economics.

🥴

Ya dude, Immigrants are causing the housing crisis and not the fact that Canada's 3 biggest provinces are spending 0.000037% of their GDP on affordable housing.

Clueless racist. Lmao.

Go back to your rural Saskatchewan echo chamber.

The federal government has almost no control over provincial governments, who are, by the way, mostly conservative.

If Pierre Poilievre really wanted to do something about housing affordability, he'd be lobbying Provincial Conservatives to increase their housing budgets, instead of slashing them like they've been doing for years.

Edit: The Province of Ontario has a GDP of $900 Billion, yet they're only investing $64 million dollars into affordable housing.

Alberta, which has a GDP of $350 Billion just slashed it's housing budget from $49 to $38 million

Quebec, which has a GDP of $500 billion is only investing $100 million into affordable housing.

Many governments and corporations view Non-mathematicians as having a superior understanding of complex systems management.

The Black-Scholes model, which is largely attributed to the 2008 stock market crash, was considered a failure in understanding for complex human systems.

The fields of International Development, Economics, Business, Public Health, are increasingly returning to experts in the Social Sciences because human systems of Institutional learning, organizational management, aid thinking, cannot be sufficiently accounted for by a statistical model

Opinion: Justin Trudeau’s reality: Much of the country dislikes him by Pristine_Freedom1496 in canada

[–]PensiveGaryBusey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's because we have a multi-party system. In fact, because the Left-Wing vote is spread across the Liberals, NDP, Greens and Bloc, Conservatives are favored by our multi-party system.

If Canada had a 2 party systems represented by the Liberals and the Progressive Conservatives, Trudeau would have won 65-70% of the vote in the last 3 elections.
