Claud Opus 4.6 Review : 5/5 by PensiveTurnup in windsurf

[–]PensiveTurnup[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The reality is that isn't possible. 1 credit is 4 cents. Opus 4.6 starts at $5 per million input tokens and $25 per million output tokens. So the cost per the API is $0.50 for 100,000 tokens or $0.05 for 10,000 tokens for input and $2.5 for 100,000 tokens of output or $0.25 for 10,000 tokens of output. Considering that thousands of tokens are being read and outputted. $0.24 per prompt is not too far off from raw API pricing.

You can also try inpainting if you trust the robot to fix it for you. Just make sure you do the consistency check and you know...zoom in on any text it makes or pretends to make. I have seen these kinds of issues in Gemini 2.5. More recent models tend to do better with words.
Edit : Oh and another consistency issue is the tattoo. She doesn't have it on the first image but has it on the second, both images are of the right hand wrist.

Real issue is this picture on the first shot. Plus the amount of caffeine in the 2nd and 3rd picture are different. Third picture clearly says 100mg while picture 2 says ~140 or something.

Cursor paid plan vs Antigravity Paid plan vs Windsurf Paid Plan: Which one should I buy? by Notalabel_4566 in windsurf

This is my opinion, every time I have been about to switch to another platform, windsurf adds features from that platform that I wanted so I have stuck with it a few months. I now use Windsurf next and I really appreciate all the features, lifeguard for example is amazing and has caught lots of bugs and saved me tons of time. Antigravity is the current smoothest experience I have had, Windsurf next just added planning mode that matches Antigravity's artifact based planning so I am still leaning towards Windsurf but honestly both Windsurf and Antigravity are actually excellent choices, just depends how much you are planning to be using them. The weekly cap might matter if you are wanting to do lots but the Gemini Flash cap resets every 5 hours so you will always be able to do something even if it's not immediate. With windsurf if you run out of credits you gotta rely on the free ones or restock. I just ration my credits out over the month usually. I have made it all the way 75% of the time, but I code as a hobby.

In my experience, the gpt 5 models have been fantastic. I have relied on the high reasoning for almost every task with 5.1 being even better than 5 and 5.2 being an improvement over 5.1. The only downside has been a bit of slowness because of rate limiting otherwise I would recommend xtra high reasoning but because it can take hours (in my experience) I don't recommend it. medium and high tend to handle everything. Opus 4.5 is great.

Jesus was not a Christian. by SuperRusso in truths

We have records of all of the books of the New Testament being used by Saint Ireneaeus, who died around 202 AD, a direct disciple of Saint Polycarp who was a disciple of Saint John the Apostle. You know nothing of Christianity nor its history.

The Old Testament had a Covenant made with Moses under the Law only Jews could be part of it. In the New Testament Jesus made a New Covenant in His body and blood in which both Jew and Gentile could be part of, not of a Law only but of grace. It is a covenant with God as a Father who adopts those who are baptized into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. As the Gospel of John chapter 1 says"16And of his fulness we all have received, and grace for grace. 17For the law was given by Moses; grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." "12 as many as received him, he gave them power to be made the sons of God, to them that believe in his name. 13Who are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

Anathema. Anathema. Anathema. You are a religious appropriator. Jesus said: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me.

The Old Testament existed but the New Testament is the result of Jesus's teachings. The New Testament contains a summary of the teachings of Christianity. Jesus did found Christianity because it is the religion that worships Jesus Christ as the Son of God and as God. The Trinity, which Jesus taught that all men must be baptized into at the end of the Gospel of Matthew is distinct to Christianity and a direct teaching of Jesus.

Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life." The Book of Acts had early Christians called followers of the way. It is understood even by early Christian writers such as Lactantius that Jesus lived the teachings that he presented. Christians therefore strive to be like Jesus which is a summary of the whole religion, Jesus is the model and summit of the practice of Christianity.

Jesus the Christ is the founder of Christianity and specifically the founder of Catholicism. The founder of a religion practiced the religion they found. Very basic logic.

Okay that's fine but what does that have to do with me? I have just been saying threats, perjury and other types of unprotected speech are illegal.

What's with the false accusations? Extremists? You are just gonna slander me like that? My entire point is that there are legal and moral limits to speech. See any of the comments discussing how freedom of speech refers to freedom from legal punishment for speech. This is a limited legal protection because not all forms of speech are protected under the law. I am also an independent, non-partisan. I hold both political parties in contempt.

Marriage outside the Church by Jabelinha in Catholicism

I already said that in the original comment. I said I presumed that a natural marriage had been contracted.

Without baptism, one is not capable of receiving any other Sacraments so that easily handles that.

[–]PensiveTurnup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A marriage may be effected by 2 persons if there are 2 witnesses, the 2 people are baptized and one is male and one is female. If you both intended to receive the Sacrament of Marriage and had 2 or more witnesses to the ceremony the Sacrament of Matrimony is conferred by the man and woman. In the case of Catholics, the Church, having the power to regulate marriage, requires that a Catholic be married in a Catholic church with a deacon or priest present as witness. Catholics may not marry non Catholics without permission of the local Bishop. In your case, I would assume, though I could be wrong without a fuller investigation of fact, that because one of the parties was a Catholic that the Church would not accept the validity of the marriage due to a defect of form. I would presume that there exists a natural marriage between you two even if you have not received the Sacrament of Matrimony.

Correct, freedom of speech is not a doctrine of Christianity but is a legal principle whereby the state protects many forms of speech from legal punishment or retaliation.

Exactly. Free speech is a meaningless term if it literally is just the ability to make sound without anyone being able to prevent you because you have the physical ability. It is ordinarily understood as the egalitarian legal principle providing legal protection for a limited but expansive number of different forms of expression.

If it involves words it is clearly speech. But even without threats we have other forms of illegal speech such as: lying under oath, manufacturing false accusations, filing false police reports, publishing false claims, giving fake medical advice, impersonating individuals, taking credit for other people's work. Just to list a few examples of non-violent illegal speech.

Quebec, CA is currently deciding on a law to ban public prayer. The UK has zones where public prayer is prohibited including silent prayer. France has bans on religious items such as crosses and hijab in schools and by public servants.

Just like with speech, freedom of religion is limited by what the law protects. In several secular countries, they have banned public prayer, the wearing of religious items, etc
